Theme: Hopes Granted Text: Proverbs 10:24 24 The fear of the wicked will come upon him, and the desire of the righteous will be granted. The heart of the wicked is restless and constantly in fear and panic because they know their deeds when brought to light will ruin them completely. They know well their deeds are evil and undesirable in society however, they do it anyway. Their misdeeds run from murder, covetousness, slander, malice, satanic plots, conspiracies, blackmail, bribes, corrupt practices, adultery, and the things of the flesh. As they carry out these diabolic deeds they also dread the consequences of their actions. The fears of the wicked will be fulfilled; He who is often rebuked, and hardens his neck, w ill suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. On the other hand, the desire of the righteous will be granted. God will ensure that what the righteous hopes for shall not be denied even if it tarries.
