DEVOTION ~SEEK THE LORD!
Theme: Seek the Lord! Text: 1 Chronicles 16:11 11 Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face evermore! We have our lives to live but imagine if the owner takes it, what's there left of us? It means we're dead. It's therefore important to draw near to the life giver. The life giver is God. The psalmist says seek the lord and His strength. How do we seek the Lord? Isaiah gave the reply to this question; " 6 Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: 7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord , and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon (Isaiah 55:6-7)." While we still have breath, we need to seek the Lord. That's the time He could be found in our lives for after death, we can't change our ways.
