EASTER DECLARATION ~ RELATIONSHIP
Theme: Relationship Text: John 19:26&27 26 When Jesus therefore saw His mother, and the disciple whom He loved standing by, He said to His mother, “Woman, behold your son!” 27 Then He said to the disciple, “Behold your mother!” And from that hour that disciple took her to his own home. In yesterday's devotion, we looked at the second word spoken by Jesus on the cross which is concerned with salvation. Today's devotion will look at the third speech which is about relationships. Throughout His suffering, His mother has been in a close walk with Him to the cross. The apostle John was there with Mary the mother of Jesus probably consoling her. Jesus established a relationship when He saw the two right where He was nailed to the cross. He entrusted His mother to the care of John. In Christ, we are one big family therefore, we need to relate well with each other. We should not only address those we relate to by blood as family, but rather anyone who joins the Christendom shoul...
