DEVOTION ~I SHALL NOT DIE!
Theme: I Shall Not Die! Text: Psalm 118:17 17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord . Death is a part of man. The original plan for man, wasn't to die but disobedience brought about death in man's journey on this earth (Genesis 3). The sting of death hurts a lot. However, we as believers of Christ know very well that, for us to live is Christ and to die is gain. There's hope for us after this life but that does not mean our lives can be cut short. We have a lot to offer here on earth as children of God. There are still many lost souls out there we need to reach with the Gospel of salvation. If we are faithful in the things of the Lord, He will preserve us. When the wicked rise up against us to destroy us, the Lord will not permit it. We will not die untimely deaths. We will live long to declare God's glory to the whole world. The purpose of our existence on this earth is to declare the works of the Lord. We need to live for Christ in every d...
