Theme: Times of Refreshing Text: Acts 3:19 19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord To be refreshed means to be given new strength or energy. We have been created to have a refreshing moment daily without fail. However, our sins have caused a hindrance to attaining this daily refreshing in the Lord. We are called to repent and come to penitence for our sins to be erased with the Blood of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world. It is written, that if we confess our sins, He is faithful to forgive us and cleanse us from every unrighteousness. The Lord has also said, though our sins be like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow and though they be red like crimson they shall be as white as wool.
