DEVOTION ~ ESTABLISHED IN PEACE

Text: Isaiah 26:12

12 Lord, You will establish peace for us,
For You have also done all our works in us.


God has all things under His control; humans, animals, and all things in nature. He determines the outcome of the season and what happens to things on the earth. Being the Prince of Peace, the Lord is able to give us peace. Peace can be enjoyed briefly if the Lord's mercy is not with us. We need to have an established peace in every area of our lives. 

To be established means; to institute (something, such as a law) permanently by enactment or agreement,  to introduce and cause to grow and multiply, to bring into existence, to put on a firm basis, 
to put into a favorable position, or/and to put beyond doubt (Merriam-Webster). If the Lord establishes us, no one can truncate it in any way. We must therefore ask God to establish us in every area of our lives with His divine peace. 

Dear beloved in the Lord, we need peace in our homes, communities, nations, finances, workplace, in our health, amongst others. Let us go before the Lord and ask that His peace locate every area of our lives. If we have peace, it implies we're in a favorable position to grow and multiply greatly. May the peace of the Lord locate every area of our lives. . 


Prayer: Most Gracious Everlasting King, take glory for doing all our works in us. We pray Your peace to locate every area of our lives. Establish peace in our lives that we may have a sound mind to do what we ought to do. This we ask in Christ Jesus. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

What inhibits you determines what comes out of you. The two elements are light and darkness. The light within produces good, whereas darkness is evil. It is recorded in  Ephesians 5:8-9 For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good, right, and true.  Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I no longer walk in darkness but rather in light. Therefore, every product of darkness within and around me is extinct. I decree that my family and I live in light, and we enjoy what the light produces in fullness. Our deeds are good, right, and true. AMEN!"
