Theme: Deepest Care Transforms

Text: 2 Corinthians 7:15

 15 And his affections are greater for you as he remembers the obedience of you all, how with fear and trembling you received him.

 


Titus' affection for the church in Corinth grew deeper because of their obedience and warm reception. We can apply this in our lives to bring about a good bond to build our homes and communities. If we care about others and accord them respect, we are imprinting in their hearts acceptance and belongingness. It will go a long way to heal society from the menace of drug addictions, immorality, crimes, and other juvenile delinquencies. This kind of change begins with you and me. Let us give a warm reception in the Lord to the hurting, guests, and everybody we encounter. Keep in mind the deepest care transforms lives. 


PRAYER: Dear Lord, we pray for change in our homes, communities, and the world at large. A change that promotes Your glory and brings about touching lives to transform society. Grant us the spirit of warm reception and the knowledge of You so that we may reach out to all souls with the Gospel. This we ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

What inhibits you determines what comes out of you. The two elements are light and darkness. The light within produces good, whereas darkness is evil. It is recorded in  Ephesians 5:8-9 For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good, right, and true.  Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I no longer walk in darkness but rather in light. Therefore, every product of darkness within and around me is extinct. I decree that my family and I live in light, and we enjoy what the light produces in fullness. Our deeds are good, right, and true. AMEN!"
