Theme: Hallelujah! ~ Praise the Lord!
Text: Psalm 95:1-5

Oh come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. 2 Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. 3 For the Lord is the great God, And the great King above all gods. 4 In His hand are the deep places of the earth; The heights of the hills are His also. 5 The sea is His, for He made it; And His hands formed the dry land.

Beloved in the Lord, today is the beginning of another working week. When we consider the protection and provisions of God in our lives, we ought to give Him praise and honour. Though the weekend might have come with it's challenges, yet God kept us from destruction. We need to appreciate Him. Take this moment to just thank Him with hymns and songs. When our worship goes high, He releases His blessings over our lives. Ours worship is able to break barriers and yokes. Don't procrastinate this. Do it in your washroom, in your car as you drive to work, at your workplace, and anyplace you can think of.

We are created by Him and the beauty of the world that attracts us is His as well: the mountains, valley, plains, flowers, plants, animals on the land, sea and in the air show forth His splendid work. Let your worship  of the Father flow.

Prayer:  For every provision and protection given, I'm grateful o Lord. I thank You for Your mercies each day. Your praise shall proceed from my mouth  continually even now and forevermore in Jesus name. Hallelujah! AMEN!

DEVOTION ~ JUDGING RIGHTEOUSLY

Theme: Judging Righteously Text: Genesis 38:26 26 So Judah acknowledged them and said, “She has been more righteous than I because I did not give her to Shelah my son.” And he never knew her again. Previous devotion taught us that Tamar sent the pledge Judah gave her to him to identify the owner. Upon receiving the items Judah acknowledged his wrong. Judah did not allow pride or ego to cloud his judgment but rather pointed to the role he played in leading Tamar to take such a drastic step to get pregnant. Dear beloved in the Lord, don't be quick to point people's wrong without considering yours. Let us learn from Judah to never push blame to others if we are guilty. Let us Pray: Almighty God, forgive me for employing the full rigour of the law on defaulters but failing to in my own case. Grant me sound judgment to act righteously. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

COMMAND YOUR WEEK

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!
