Theme: My Body the Holy Spirit's Temple
Text: John 2:16
16 And He said to those who sold doves, “Take these things away! Do not make My Father’s house a house of merchandise!”
Dear beloved in the Lord, are you gladden by what you use your body for? Are you using your body to glorify God or you're defiling yourself with worldly pleasures? If the latter is true of you, kindly draw near the Throne of Grace and ask for mercy. The good news is that, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit ( 1 Corinthians 3:16).
We are admonished to be filled with the Spirit and not wine (Ephesians 5:18). Don't make your body a merchandise for evil, wickedness, corruption, fornication, lies, murder, unfaithfulness amongst others. Such lives only leads to destruction. You've heard the voice of the Lord calling unto you for a come back. If you harden your heart, you'll meet sudden destruction as stated in Proverbs 29:1 "He who if often rebuke, and hardens his neck, will suddenly be destroyed and that without remedy. "
Prayer: Spirit divine, I invite You to make Your home in me. Use me for Your glory in Jesus name. AMEN!
