Theme: Penitent!
Text: Jeremiah 4:1-2
“If you will return, O Israel,” says the Lord, “Return to Me; And if you will put away your abominations out of My sight, then you shall not be moved. 2 And you shall swear, ‘The Lord lives,’ In truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; The nations shall bless themselves in Him, and in Him they shall glory.”
Each moment that pass us by, the Lord is calling unto His own to return to Him. The Lord looks forward to your total surrender unto Him and repenting from all forms of evil. As the year has began, don't just write down your expectations for the year but write down the little ugly sins you've been committing the previous years and even currently. Confess them to the Lord and do away with them.
Your total surrender and penitent spirit will usher you into greatness. The Lord Himself has said, you'll not be moved. The blessings of Psalm 1 concerning the righteous will locate you at all times and so nothing moves you. You'll never wither rather, you'll be well nourished.
Your testimonies will lead others to God when divine blessings are manifesting in your life. The Lord has everything under His control. Walk in His will and you'll never be disappointed.
Prayer: Abba! Father, forgive me and cleanse me from willful sins, presumptuous sins and secret sins. I plead the Holy Spirit to have His own way in my life in Jesus name. AMEN!
