Theme: Your Testimony is Light! 

Text: Ephesians 2:1-3

2 And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, 2 in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, 3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.

Dear beloved, many a time, we find it so difficult to witness to souls still in darkness because we fail to understand we once walked that dark path. Is just not a matter of having idols, or criminal records but think of the little secret sins you used to commit before coming to the marvelous light of our Lord Jesus Christ.

You were once dead to sin but have been made alive by the power of Christ's sacrifice. Your yesterday will be a stepping stone to a perishing soul. Be not ashamed to tell how you used to walk in the world before Christ came to rescue you. That grace of redemption has liberated you from the spirit of disobedience.

The testimony of your mouth even puts the devil to shame. Do you know why? You no longer walk in the lust of the flesh or fulfilling the desire of the flesh. You're of same mind with Jesus Christ. Tell the world how He has worked on you and how the brother or sister near by could also experience that inner peace if they come to the Lord. Be the testimony that moves a soul into the Light.

Prayer: Dear God, give me the right utterances to tell of Your saving grace in my life. Speak through me to bring others into Christ's marvelous Light in Jesus name have I asked. AMEN!
