Theme: The Name of the Lord! 
Text: Acts 2:21

21 And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.


As believers in the Lord, many predicaments come our way. We were not promised a trial free life in Christ rather, we should be ready to battle the troubles of the world. The way we respond to these issues matter a lot.

By the help of the Holy Spirit, we have been empowered to do all things. The Apostle Peter quoted the Prophet Joel's message of the Lord on what He will do to us in order to empower us (Acts 2:14-21 & Joel 2:28-32). You have the capability as a child of God to profess the name of God and be saved.

What's your challenge in life? God is greater than the challenge, call upon the name of the Lord in that terrible situation and He will come to your aid. In this pandemic, if only you will trust God to see you through it, you will come out a victor. It doesn't matter whether you're battling with the virus or not, you need to step in the gap and pray the mercies of the Lord for all and the land as well. Your prayer is needed to save lives in a dark world, pray one now.

Prayer: Your name o God is a strong tower, the righteous run into it and are saved. I call on You to deliver the world from its troubles and heal our land from every form of evil in Jesus' name. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

What inhibits you determines what comes out of you. The two elements are light and darkness. The light within produces good, whereas darkness is evil. It is recorded in  Ephesians 5:8-9 For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good, right, and true.  Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I no longer walk in darkness but rather in light. Therefore, every product of darkness within and around me is extinct. I decree that my family and I live in light, and we enjoy what the light produces in fullness. Our deeds are good, right, and true. AMEN!"
