DEVOTION ~ DELIVERANCE IN THE LIVING FOUNTAIN

Theme: Deliverance in the Living Fountain 
Text: Psalm 74:13;15

13 You divided the sea by Your strength; You broke the heads of the sea serpents in the waters.
15 You broke open the fountain and the flood; You dried up mighty rivers.


It's another awesome day to learn great and mighty things about the Lord. The power of God's deliverance has been seen in the scene of history in the Egypt to the land of promise journey. God did mighty things; the parting of the sea for Israel to pass through and giving them water in the wilderness through the rock. In all these, we sea how God is able to have total control over the sea or water.

The water is also a representation of life - Jesus said He is the Living Water (John 4:1-14). We will therefore look at water as our lives in this text. Irrespective of your challenge in life (sea), God has the power to separate you from that challenge and give you the victory by dividing the sea with His strength. The saving grace of Jesus Christ has separated us from the grips of sin and its consequences. The sea serpents are the devil your accuser and his agents of destruction in your lives. God has crushed Satan under your feet. That great serpent of old has been brought to nought because all powers have been handed over to the Saviour. By the blood of the Lamb and the testimonies of their lips, the men of old overcame the beast yes, you have the blood of Jesus speaking positively in your live, your lips must be opened to confess you are more than conqueror in Christ Jesus.

Jesus broke open the fountain and the flood in our lives, that's why He said, the thief comes but to steal, kill and destroy however, I have come that you may have life in abundance. You have the fullness of life in Christ Jesus. The rivers of sicknesses, delays in life, financial stagnation, embarrassments, riducle, and other distressing issues of life have been consumed by the Living Fountain in Jesus Christ. They have been completely dried by the presence of the Living Water. Power have changed hands into the hands of the Holy Spirit concerning the lives of those who believe in the deliverance of the Lord. If you believe, receive this deliverance of the Living Water in every area of your life that needs to come to alive in Jesus name. AMEN!


Prayer: Father, I've come to drink of Your Living Fountain. Refresh me with Your Water of life both spiritually and physically that by the testimony of my mouth and evidences of Your glory in my life, I may extend this grace to others in captivity to draw near to You. This I ask in the Mighty name of Jesus the Christ. AMEN!

DEVOTION ~ JUDGING RIGHTEOUSLY

Theme: Judging Righteously Text: Genesis 38:26 26 So Judah acknowledged them and said, “She has been more righteous than I because I did not give her to Shelah my son.” And he never knew her again. Previous devotion taught us that Tamar sent the pledge Judah gave her to him to identify the owner. Upon receiving the items Judah acknowledged his wrong. Judah did not allow pride or ego to cloud his judgment but rather pointed to the role he played in leading Tamar to take such a drastic step to get pregnant. Dear beloved in the Lord, don't be quick to point people's wrong without considering yours. Let us learn from Judah to never push blame to others if we are guilty. Let us Pray: Almighty God, forgive me for employing the full rigour of the law on defaulters but failing to in my own case. Grant me sound judgment to act righteously. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!
