DEVOTION ~ YOU SHALL LOCATE YOUR TREASURES

Theme: You Shall Locate Your Treasures
Text: Isaiah 45:3

3 I will give you the treasures of darkness
And hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel.


Having learnt in yesterday's devotion that God is able to level every height and make straight the crooked places in our lives, we will continue to look at how God will bless us with treasures. If the hindrance to your breakthroughs is lifted, then the path has been created for you to lay hold of what is rightfully yours and as well obtain even more.

Treasures are hidden from the eyes and it takes lots of work to even come by a treasure. But with God, there's nothing hidden. When you have the Lord with you, you will be able to tap into great things that you have never imagined being able to reach. What the wicked think they have succeeded in making their own, will be given to you. The Lord will work it out in your favour. 

At every stage of your life, God will show forth to declare His Majesty. Do not doubt any promise of God, keep faith and He will accomplish it in your life. The treasures and hidden riches could be either spiritual or physical and God will prevail to give them to you. May the lines fall in pleasant places for you and may you experience divine lifting on all sides even now and forevermore in Jesus name. AMEN!


Prayer: My God and King, thank You for every promise made over my life. I pray for the strength of Your glory to serve the You faithfully. I pray the Holy Spirit lead me to divine treasures and hidden riches in every area of my life even now and forevermore in Jesus' name. AMEN!

DEVOTION ~ JUDGING RIGHTEOUSLY

Theme: Judging Righteously Text: Genesis 38:26 26 So Judah acknowledged them and said, “She has been more righteous than I because I did not give her to Shelah my son.” And he never knew her again. Previous devotion taught us that Tamar sent the pledge Judah gave her to him to identify the owner. Upon receiving the items Judah acknowledged his wrong. Judah did not allow pride or ego to cloud his judgment but rather pointed to the role he played in leading Tamar to take such a drastic step to get pregnant. Dear beloved in the Lord, don't be quick to point people's wrong without considering yours. Let us learn from Judah to never push blame to others if we are guilty. Let us Pray: Almighty God, forgive me for employing the full rigour of the law on defaulters but failing to in my own case. Grant me sound judgment to act righteously. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!
