DEVOTION ~ THE SAVING GRACE
Theme: The Saving Grace
Text: Titus 2:11-15
11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, 13 looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14 who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. 15 Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you.
Hallelujah! The grace of God through Jesus Christ has really appeared unto us all. By the mercies of taking up our place on the cross, Jesus died for us that we may have eternal life if we believe in Him. In Him is truth and the righteousness of God. His teaching leads to life as He instruct us to walk in the will of God and not in the desires of the flesh.
He has opened unto us this divine hope of salvation. Our hope of living again even after the physical death on this earth. Dear beloved in the Lord, we have been given the Holy Spirit to equip us for every good work in the Lord. We have that strength and zeal within us to serve the Lord. Let us therefore be bold in carrying out the Great Commission. Standing firm in the Lord that no one can despise us in anyway.
Prayer: Gracious Father, thank You for the gift of salvation. We lift up our spirit, soul, body, mind and will to You. Take control over our lives for by the Blood we have been purchased. Give us understanding of this glory and help us to live up to the standard of Your calling even now and forevermore in Jesus' name. AMEN!
Amen!
