DEVOTION ~ THE FOUNDATION OF MANY GENERATIONS

Theme: The Foundation of Many Generations 
Text: Isaiah 58:11&12

11 The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. 12 Those from among you shall build the old waste places; You shall raise up the foundations of many generations; And you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, The Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.



A rightful fast attract divine blessings that opens doors in the life of a believer and his/her family. The glory of the Lord as we saw yesterday, lightens our path, brings healing, deliverance and preservation. By this, you are no longer easily breakable because the Lord guides you in every sphere of your life. He meets you at the point of your need with uncommon favor and blessings. You will be described as a watered garden and a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.

By this anointing, you impact the blessings of the Lord on many generations in your bloodline. Your blessings also extend to anyone who associates with you directly or indirectly. The mark of restoration shall be evident in all you had lost when you walked contrary to the will of God. You will killgive reasons to everyone to believe in the saving grace of God. You will be a testimony and wonder to many and in your shelter many shall find security.


Prayer: Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I declare I have the unfailing presence of God at work in me. I am a watered garden and a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. I am blessed to be a blessing to many generations. AMEN!

DEVOTION ~ JUDGING RIGHTEOUSLY

Theme: Judging Righteously Text: Genesis 38:26 26 So Judah acknowledged them and said, “She has been more righteous than I because I did not give her to Shelah my son.” And he never knew her again. Previous devotion taught us that Tamar sent the pledge Judah gave her to him to identify the owner. Upon receiving the items Judah acknowledged his wrong. Judah did not allow pride or ego to cloud his judgment but rather pointed to the role he played in leading Tamar to take such a drastic step to get pregnant. Dear beloved in the Lord, don't be quick to point people's wrong without considering yours. Let us learn from Judah to never push blame to others if we are guilty. Let us Pray: Almighty God, forgive me for employing the full rigour of the law on defaulters but failing to in my own case. Grant me sound judgment to act righteously. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!
