COMMAND YOUR WEEK

Most gracious and everlasting Father, I thank You for how far Your presence has brought me. Forgive me for times I have failed to heed to Your command. I pray the Holy Spirit to help me realign my ways to Yours. May I also teach others to walk in Your ways and not mislead them in any way by the enabling power of the Holy Spirit.

In the name of my Lord Jesus Christ, I come against the voice of deceit that speaks to confuse me whenever I have to make choices. I silence that voice and may its tongue never open up to utter a word again in my life. I decree, I am making the right decisions from henceforth. It is written, godliness with contentment is great gain, I therefore walk in godliness and contentment in all that I do. I receive great gains from God in every sphere of my life. I am blessed to be a blessing to many. I therefore submit to God in obedience to do good with my riches and to building a good foundation for my generations in the Lord. 

I decree nothing shall truncate my salvation for I am sealed with the Blood of Jesus. I fight the good fight of faith to which I have been called to. I confess Jesus as my Saviour and my body is a dwelling place of His Holy Spirit, therefore, I lay hold of eternal life and receive life in my marriage, children, family, career, business, education, projects, health, ministry, and in all that I do. My week is blessed, no evil enchantment can operate in my life nor the lives of those who connected to me in Jesus' name it is decreed and established. AMEN!

Apollos means "one who destroys or a destroyer". He was a New Testament figure who steadily grew to become a servant of Jesus through ministry. DEVOTION ~ JUDGING RIGHTEOUSLY

Theme: Judging Righteously Text: Genesis 38:26 26 So Judah acknowledged them and said, “She has been more righteous than I because I did not give her to Shelah my son.” And he never knew her again. Previous devotion taught us that Tamar sent the pledge Judah gave her to him to identify the owner. Upon receiving the items Judah acknowledged his wrong. Judah did not allow pride or ego to cloud his judgment but rather pointed to the role he played in leading Tamar to take such a drastic step to get pregnant. Dear beloved in the Lord, don't be quick to point people's wrong without considering yours. Let us learn from Judah to never push blame to others if we are guilty. Let us Pray: Almighty God, forgive me for employing the full rigour of the law on defaulters but failing to in my own case. Grant me sound judgment to act righteously. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!
