Theme: The Appointed Heir 
Text: Hebrews 1:1&2

1 God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, 2 has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds


God has appointed Jesus as the heir of all things after He has suffered the shameful death on the cross and was raised to life on the third day. All things in creation exist through Him and there was nothing made without Him. In the dispensation before the Christ, the message of God was communicated by the prophets. The messenger always make reference to God as he delivers the message (Thou says the Lord../This is what the Lord says...). The message is either written or verbally communicated to the children of God. 

Christ's mission on earth has been long communicated and He gave command with authority over sickness, demons, leaders and even unto the elements of the earth. The Word written in the Bible is for our edification to understand what the future holds for us if we remain faithful in the Lord.


Prayer: Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I pray Your grace to fill me with the spirit of studying and meditation Your word. I receive grace to remain faithful in all that I do. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

COMMAND YOUR WEEK

What inhibits you determines what comes out of you. The two elements are light and darkness. The light within produces good, whereas darkness is evil. It is recorded in  Ephesians 5:8-9 For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good, right, and true.  Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I no longer walk in darkness but rather in light. Therefore, every product of darkness within and around me is extinct. I decree that my family and I live in light, and we enjoy what the light produces in fullness. Our deeds are good, right, and true. AMEN!"
