DEVOTION ~ OUR FRAME
Theme: Our Frame
Text: Psalm 103:13&14
13 As a father pities his children, so the Lord pities those who fear Him. 14 For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust.
The origin of man can be traced down to the time of creation in Genesis chapters one and two when the Lord God said let us create man in our image. From the dust of the earth, God made them male and female and breathed into them to become living beings. So God knows our frame very well than we do ourselves. Knowing how frail we are, He takes pity on us when we return to Him in humility.
God is much interested in the well-being of anyone who obeys Him and does His will. He is ever ready to do great and mighty things in the soul that submits to His authority. Before the prophets, the patraich, and apostles were called to serve, they were ready to submit and God performed His mighty works in them. God knows your capabilities as well as your weaknesses before handing over a task to you. All you need do is to obey Him and you will sail through successfully when He takes pity on you.
PRAYER: Thank You Lord for pitying me as a father does to his children. As you know my frame, help me to take bold steps where I need to and guide me to know when not to attempt it. Help me to walk the talk of faith all the days of my life. This I asked for in the name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!
