Text: Acts 9:20

20 Immediately he preached the Christ in the synagogues, that He is the Son of God.


How awe it will be to see the persecutor of the brethren preach about what he very antagonised. Having received his sight and strengthening, Saul stayed with the apostles in Damascus for some days. Today's text is about him preaching Christ in the synagogue. Dear beloved in the Lord, it is a wake-up call to every one of us to seek to preach Christ in our homes, communities and church. The task given to us by the Lord is to proclaim the Gospel to the end of the earth so rise and proclaim Christ to the world.


PRAYER: Touch my lips Spirit of the Living God and grant me the utterance to proclaim Christ wherever I find myself in the name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Apollos means "one who destroys or a destroyer". He was a New Testament figure who steadily grew to become a servant of Jesus through ministry. Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

COMMAND YOUR WEEK

What inhibits you determines what comes out of you. The two elements are light and darkness. The light within produces good, whereas darkness is evil. It is recorded in  Ephesians 5:8-9 For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good, right, and true.  Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I no longer walk in darkness but rather in light. Therefore, every product of darkness within and around me is extinct. I decree that my family and I live in light, and we enjoy what the light produces in fullness. Our deeds are good, right, and true. AMEN!"
