CHARACTER STUDY ~ ZACCHAEUS

Zacchaeus was a little man by stature and was known to be a rich chief tax collector. He was unjust in his work. He encountered Christ and his life became transformed.

Lessons from Zacchaeus' life;
¶ He did not allow his wealth to come between him and his Saviour. He climbed a tree to see the Lord. His desire was stirred to see the Lord and he acted accordingly.
¶ He acted in faith when the Lord told him he had to be in his house. He welcomed the Lord to his house joyfully.
¶ He did the honourable thing by giving half of his goods to the poor; and if he had taken anything from anyone by false accusation, he restore fourfold.
