DEVOTION ~ A SCEPTRE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

Theme: A Sceptre Of Righteousness 
Text: Psalm 45:6

6 Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;
A sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of Your kingdom.



Earthly kings have failed woefully often because it becomes difficult during their reign to rule righteously. Christ is the Sceptre of Righteousness. His throne has been established forever. His judgement is devoid of partiality. The Groom of the church is the Spectre of righteousness and in Him, we will find comfort and justice for all the injustices we have suffered.


PRAYER: Dear Lord, may Your Kingdom come on earth and Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. For Yours is the Kingdom, power and glory forever and ever in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

COMMAND YOUR WEEK

What inhibits you determines what comes out of you. The two elements are light and darkness. The light within produces good, whereas darkness is evil. It is recorded in  Ephesians 5:8-9 For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good, right, and true.  Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I no longer walk in darkness but rather in light. Therefore, every product of darkness within and around me is extinct. I decree that my family and I live in light, and we enjoy what the light produces in fullness. Our deeds are good, right, and true. AMEN!"
