COMMAND YOUR WEEK

Understanding who we are can never be completed without the mention of the Almighty God. He created us and has a purpose for each one of us. Until we find our place in Him we cannot possess what is ours in the Lord. To subdue, we need both the Blood of Jesus Christ and the testimony of our mouth (divine declaration). We can only boldly give testimony if we know what is written in the Word of God. The psalmist said, "Let them praise the name of the Lord, for He commanded and they were created. He also established them forever and ever; He made a decree which shall not pass away".

Abba! Father, thank You for fashioning me beautifully and wonderfully for Your glory. At Your command O, Lord I received life to be a human being and to be established forever. Your decree never passes away therefore I decree in the Name of Jesus Christ; whatever is a hindrance to my progress in life lose your grip over my life. You have no authority over me for I am a new creature in Christ. The Lord created and establish me for greater works. I declare the work of my hands is established, my marriage is established, my home is established, my good health is established, my business/investment is established, my ministry is established, my project is established for completion, and every area of my life is established in the Name of Jesus Christ. I decree and declare my week is established for signs and wonders and I triumph to the glory of God in Christ Jesus. AMEN!

Apollos means "one who destroys or a destroyer". He was a New Testament figure who steadily grew to become a servant of Jesus through ministry. DEVOTION ~ JUDGING RIGHTEOUSLY

Theme: Judging Righteously Text: Genesis 38:26 26 So Judah acknowledged them and said, “She has been more righteous than I because I did not give her to Shelah my son.” And he never knew her again. Previous devotion taught us that Tamar sent the pledge Judah gave her to him to identify the owner. Upon receiving the items Judah acknowledged his wrong. Judah did not allow pride or ego to cloud his judgment but rather pointed to the role he played in leading Tamar to take such a drastic step to get pregnant. Dear beloved in the Lord, don't be quick to point people's wrong without considering yours. Let us learn from Judah to never push blame to others if we are guilty. Let us Pray: Almighty God, forgive me for employing the full rigour of the law on defaulters but failing to in my own case. Grant me sound judgment to act righteously. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!
