Text: Psalm 79:9

9 Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of Your name; And deliver us, and provide atonement for our sins, for Your name’s sake!


In one way or the other, we often get distressed by the overwhelming issues of life either in our personal life, that of others, marriage, health, family, workplace, or in our community. We all look up for relief and openly or secretly cry out for help. Our help can only be secured in the Lord. The psalmist called on God his salvation to deliver His nation from the oppression of the wicked. In our dispensation, Jesus is our salvation and He protects us in the glory of His Name so that when we call the Name Jesus, deliverance comes for us. The Name of Jesus is above every name in the heavens and on the earth. If we mention the Name, every tongue confesses He is Lord and knee bows to His glory. Dear beloved, trust God in Christ Jesus to deliver you from every form of satanic attack. For His Name's sake, He will answer you and provide atonement for your guilt which might be the access point for the wicked to attack you. 


Let us Pray: Thank You, Lord, for the provision of atonement in Christ Jesus. Please cleanse me and deliver me from ill-health, oppression, failures, stagnation, and all forms of evil attacks. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

COMMAND YOUR WEEK

What inhibits you determines what comes out of you. The two elements are light and darkness. The light within produces good, whereas darkness is evil. It is recorded in  Ephesians 5:8-9 For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good, right, and true.  Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I no longer walk in darkness but rather in light. Therefore, every product of darkness within and around me is extinct. I decree that my family and I live in light, and we enjoy what the light produces in fullness. Our deeds are good, right, and true. AMEN!"
