DEVOTION ~ ARE YOU WORTHY?

Theme: Are You Worthy?
Text: Revelation 3:4

4 You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy.

Ever been invited for a program and during dining you stained your garment? I guess it was such an uncomfortable and unpleasant time having to continue with your stained garment until the program was over. Just like our party dress, God has put on us spiritual garments which we ought to preserve until the second coming of Christ. In the church in Sardis, some faithful servants have not defiled their garments and the Lord found them worthy to walk with Him in white. Can this be said of us too? We need a thorough introspection of our lives to determine if we are worthy to walk with the Lord in white. It is not too late to ask God to help you and deliver us from missing out on this glorious opportunity to walk with Him in white on the Day of the Lord.

Let us Pray: Almighty God, I know I have defiled my garment and I am not worthy to walk with You in white. It is written You will blot out my transgressions and remove the stains to make my life white as snow if only I'll confess to You. Please forgive me for being lukewarm, unfaithful, unforgiving, unloving, lustful, and manifesting all forms of sinful nature. I receive Christ today to lead me so that I shall be worthy to walk with You in white. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!
