COMMAND YOUR WEEK

Being generous provokes the supernatural to manifest when all things seem impossible. The act of giving helping hands can present itself when least expected like in the case of the widow of Zarephath. She was assured that the supernatural would manifest if only she would serve the man of God the first from her little flour. What do you have to offer others? Generously do it and God shall open the door of your abundance. 1 Kings 17:13&14 And Elijah said to her, “Do not fear; go and do as you have said, but make me a small cake from it first, and bring it to me; and afterwards make some for yourself and your son. For thus says the Lord God of Israel: ‘The bin of flour shall not be used up, nor shall the jar of oil run dry, until the day the Lord sends rain on the earth.’ ” The flour bin can represent any provision in your life be it marriage, children, education, career, businesses, projects, etc... that shall never lack because you heeded God's voice. 


Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I decree my obedience to the Lord's instructions shall usher me into greatness. As I hearken to the voice of God, the supplies of God for my marriage, children, family, education, career, business, projects, and all spheres of my life shall never run dry in the powerful Name of Jesus Christ have I pray. AMEN!

DEVOTION ~ JUDGING RIGHTEOUSLY

Theme: Judging Righteously Text: Genesis 38:26 26 So Judah acknowledged them and said, “She has been more righteous than I because I did not give her to Shelah my son.” And he never knew her again. Previous devotion taught us that Tamar sent the pledge Judah gave her to him to identify the owner. Upon receiving the items Judah acknowledged his wrong. Judah did not allow pride or ego to cloud his judgment but rather pointed to the role he played in leading Tamar to take such a drastic step to get pregnant. Dear beloved in the Lord, don't be quick to point people's wrong without considering yours. Let us learn from Judah to never push blame to others if we are guilty. Let us Pray: Almighty God, forgive me for employing the full rigour of the law on defaulters but failing to in my own case. Grant me sound judgment to act righteously. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!
