Theme: Precious Thoughts
Text: Psalms 139:17&18

17 How precious are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is their sum! 18 If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand; when I awake, I am still with You.




God has a purpose for everything He has created and man is His priceless possession. In previous devotion, we learned that God knows our frame from conception to delivery. The psalmist declares in the text how precious God's thoughts are towards him. Likewise is God much concerned about us. If we set out to measure the thoughts God has towards us, it will be immeasurable. Dear beloved in the Lord, no matter your circumstances, have this mind of the psalmist that you're precious in God's eyes and His intent towards you is for good not evil. 



Let us Pray: Almighty God, thank You for caring so much about me and all that You have given me. I pray for a grateful heart to appreciate Your love and care. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

COMMAND YOUR WEEK

What inhibits you determines what comes out of you. The two elements are light and darkness. The light within produces good, whereas darkness is evil. It is recorded in  Ephesians 5:8-9 For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good, right, and true.  Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I no longer walk in darkness but rather in light. Therefore, every product of darkness within and around me is extinct. I decree that my family and I live in light, and we enjoy what the light produces in fullness. Our deeds are good, right, and true. AMEN!"
