Theme: The Strange Voice
Text: John 10:5
5 Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.



Yesterday's devotion taught us that, the Lord will lead us out by His voice because we are familiar with it. However, today's text reveals to us that there's a voice we are not familiar with, which is the strange voice. This strange voice is the voice of the devil and his agents. I remember growing up, whenever our parents had to leave for evening programs, we were asked to lock the door and could only open it when we heard their voices. Amazingly, it's been useful because strangers come and knock on the door or even try to influence us to open the door, but we refuse simply because we know them not. Dear beloved in the Lord, never heed strange voices (the deceitful voice of the devil). Flee from ungodly counsel, sexual sins, corrupt practices, and the kinds. Don't get enticed by them. 



Let us Pray: Almighty God, may my ears be deaf to any strange voice that intends to drag me to sin. Holy Spirit help me to flee from the stranger's deceitful voice and to stand firm in faith. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

    Heavenly Father please HELP me LORD GOD to NEVER heed to strange devilish devora , deceitful voices but stand firm in FAITH. This I Ask seek and knock in JESUS MIGHTY NAME I Pray 🙏🙏🙏

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. What inhibits you determines what comes out of you. The two elements are light and darkness. The light within produces good, whereas darkness is evil. It is recorded in  Ephesians 5:8-9 For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good, right, and true.  Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I no longer walk in darkness but rather in light. Therefore, every product of darkness within and around me is extinct. I decree that my family and I live in light, and we enjoy what the light produces in fullness. Our deeds are good, right, and true. AMEN!"
