Theme: Heavenly Wisdom
Text: James 3:17&18
17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. 18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.


Previous devotion taught us that earthly wisdom is self-seeking, bitter, evil, boastful, sensual, and demonic. Unlike earthly wisdom, heavenly wisdom is pure, peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, merciful, and fruitful, without partiality and hypocrisy. This kind of wisdom seeks to promote development and progress. The full manifestation of the fruit of the spirit is evident in the heavenly wisdom which transforms one to be like Christ in all spheres. Dear beloved in the Lord, have you considered why things are not working in your relationship, family, workplace, and community? I suggest you adopt the heavenly wisdom approach to issues. Note that the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. What you have is what you give. 



Let us Pray: Almighty God, I avail to the leading and direction of the Holy Spirit to fill me with heavenly wisdom. May the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in Your sight. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

What inhibits you determines what comes out of you. The two elements are light and darkness. The light within produces good, whereas darkness is evil. It is recorded in  Ephesians 5:8-9 For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good, right, and true.  Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, I no longer walk in darkness but rather in light. Therefore, every product of darkness within and around me is extinct. I decree that my family and I live in light, and we enjoy what the light produces in fullness. Our deeds are good, right, and true. AMEN!"
