If we align our ways with those of God's, we shall always have the best in life. The woman of Shunem who welcomed Elisha into her home was cautioned by the prophet to relocate so as not to experience the great famine that would last for seven years. She did as instructed, and after the famine was over, God still performed the miraculous to strategically position Gehazi in the royal place to give an account of the great things Elisha had done. One such example was the boy Elisha brought back to life. As Gehazi was giving the account, the woman came in to request her fortune be restored to her, and she was asked if Gehazi's story was true, which she affirmed. It is recorded in 2 Kings 8:6 that, So the king appointed a certain officer for her, saying, 'Restore all that was hers, and all the proceeds of the field from the day that she left the land until now.' May this be your portion. God will do more than this for you if you put your faith in Him.


Declare, "In the Name of Jesus Christ, God shall strategically position helpers in every sphere of my life to assist me. I shall escape every famine in my health, finances, education, career, businesses, marriage, and all areas of my life through divine revelation. I decree my household shall not struggle to possess what is rightfully ours. We shall be restored with great and mighty things. AMEN!

DEVOTION ~ JUDGING RIGHTEOUSLY

Theme: Judging Righteously Text: Genesis 38:26 26 So Judah acknowledged them and said, “She has been more righteous than I because I did not give her to Shelah my son.” And he never knew her again. Previous devotion taught us that Tamar sent the pledge Judah gave her to him to identify the owner. Upon receiving the items Judah acknowledged his wrong. Judah did not allow pride or ego to cloud his judgment but rather pointed to the role he played in leading Tamar to take such a drastic step to get pregnant. Dear beloved in the Lord, don't be quick to point people's wrong without considering yours. Let us learn from Judah to never push blame to others if we are guilty. Let us Pray: Almighty God, forgive me for employing the full rigour of the law on defaulters but failing to in my own case. Grant me sound judgment to act righteously. This I ask in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!

Do you feel you're forgotten, rejected or insecure? Dear beloved in the Lord, you're not forgotten, for God has engraved your name in His palms. Isaiah 49:16 See, "I have engraved you on the Palms of My Hands: Your walls are ever before Me". If God has engraved your name in His palms, it means He always sees or watches over you. Rise up and shake the fear and doubts off.  Declare, "I am not forgotten or alone. The LORD has engraved me in His Palms. Therefore, His eyes are fixed on me, and He protects me from the wicked. I decree all that I have is secured in the Name of Jesus Christ. AMEN!
